"TANGY MUSTARD CAULIFLOWER"
(MICROWAVE)
 
1 med. head cauliflower
2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Wash cauliflower and remove coarser outer, damaged leaves, leaving smaller ones for color. Place cauliflower head in 1 1/2 quart casserole, add water and cover. Microwave on high for 8 to 9 minutes, turning twice, until done. Combine other ingredients except cheese; spoon over top of cauliflower. sprinkle cheese on top. Microwave on "roast" or medium 1 1/2 minutes to heat topping. Slice as you would for a pie to serve. Serves 4 to 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
