GRANNIE'S PICKLED CAULIFLOWER 
This is my Great Grandmothers recipe.

1 cup white vinegar (I use Heinz)
2 cups water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. peppercorns
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. dill seed
3 large garlic cloves
1 med. onion sliced
1 med. carrot, sliced into matchsticks
1 med. hot red pepper
1 med. cauliflower, separate the head into bite-sized pieces

In a quart canning jar add salt, peppercorns, celery seed. mustard seed. dill seed, garlic, onions, carrots, hot red pepper and cauliflower. Put as much cauliflower as you can get into the jar.

Bring vinegar and water to a boil and fill the jar slowly. Cap jar while hot, cool then refrigerate for a month. Enjoy!
