TANGY MUSTARD CAULIFLOWER OR
BROCCOLI
 
1 med. head cauliflower or broccoli
2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Place broccoli in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Add water; cover and microwave on high 8 to 9 minutes or until tender.

Combine mayonnaise, onion and mustard in a small bowl. Spoon over broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave on roast for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
