TANGY MUSTARD CAULIFLOWER 
1 med. head cauliflower
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dried minced onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Remove leaves from cauliflower and wash. (Water that remains on head is sufficient for cooking.) Place cauliflower in 1 1/2 quart casserole, cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 9 minutes. Combine mayonnaise, onion, mustard, salt in mixing bowl. Spoon sauce over cauliflower and sprinkle with cheese. Microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on medium or until cheese is melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
