BROCCOLI & CAULIFLOWER IN
MUSTARD BUTTER
 
4 tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 sm. bunch broccoli, separated into flowerets
1 sm. head cauliflower, separated into flowerets

In small bowl, blend all ingredients, except vegetables together. Steam the vegetables, covered until just tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and return to the vegetables to the hot saucepan. Toss to evaporate any extra moisture. Add the mustard butter and toss to coat well.
