BUTTERED BROCCOLI 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. rosemary leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. crushed salad croutons

Microwave frozen broccoli on high until almost tender, 10 to 12 minutes; drain. Place broccoli in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle broccoli with garlic, rosemary and salt; dot with butter. Cover and microwave on high until butter melts, 1 to 2 minutes. Toss lightly; sprinkle with croutons. 5 or 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
