SWISS BAKED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, split and skinned or boneless
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. white wine
3 tbsp. butter, cut in sm. pieces
1/4 c. grated flavored croutons
1/2 c. whole croutons

Arrange chicken in greased shallow baking dish. Cover chicken with cheese slices. Mix soup, lemon, mayonnaise and wine. Pour over chicken and cheese. Dot with butter, sprinkle with grated croutons. Cover with whole croutons. Bake in 300 degree oven 1 1/2 hours. Do not cover. Before serving, sprinkle with paprika. 4 servings.
