COUNTRYSIDE CHICKEN BAKE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. sliced celery
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 chicken breast halves
1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) can baby carrots, drained
Paprika

Cook rice. Combine rice and next 6 ingredients; mix well. Spoon into a lightly greased pan. Top with chicken breasts.

Combine soup, mayonnaise and milk. Spoon mixture over the chicken breasts. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Add carrots and sprinkle with paprika. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
