MOM'S FAVORITE RHUBARB CUSTARD
PIE
 
3 c. rhubarb, cut
3 beaten eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt
1/4 c. half and half

Place rhubarb in pie shell. Pour over sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
