MOM'S PEACH PIE 
Pastry for 2 crust pie
5 c. sliced peaches
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Dash salt
2 tbsp. flour

Sprinkle 2 teaspoons lemon juice over peaches. Mix sugar, spices and flour, then stir into peaches. Pour into 9 inch pie shell. Dot with 1 1/2 tablespoons butter before covering with top crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until nicely browned.
