REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 can sauerkraut, drained
1 can corned beef, separated with a fork
3/4 lb. German "butter" cheese or Swiss, thinly sliced
1 loaf party rye bread
1/2 bottle Russian or Thousand Island salad dressing

In a buttered casserole dish, layer party rye bread, sauerkraut, drizzle salad dressing, corned beef and thin slices of cheese. Repeat layers once or twice, depending on size of casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (Easy to double for larger group.) Serve with extra dressing.
