1 lb. drained sauerkraut 2 tomatoes, sliced 4 tbsp. Thousand Island Dressing 1 lb. Polska Kielbasa (cut and split lengthwise), flat side down 8 oz. Swiss cheese (grated) 8 rye crackers, crumbled (or pumpkernickle) Bake in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish (425 degrees for 15 minutes). Microwave 4 minutes (covered). Layer in order - start with sauerkraut - end with cracker crumbs. |
