REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sauerkraut, drained well
2 tomatoes, sliced
4 tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
1 lb. Polska Kielbasa, sliced
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
8 rye crackers, crumbled

In a 2 1/2 quart casserole, layer all ingredients in order listed above. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbling hot. Let casserole set 5 minutes.
