REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 loaf rye bread, cubed
1 can Bavarian sauerkraut, drained
1 med. onion, chopped
8 oz. sour cream
2 tbsp. mustard (optional)
1 can corned beef
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated

Layer ingredients in greased pan beginning with the rye bread and continue as listed. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
