REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
4 tbsp. Thousand Island Dressing
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. sliced corn beef, shredded
2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
2 c. rye bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds

Spread sauerkraut in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Spread with salad dressing and dot with 1 tablespoon butter and caraway seeds. Top with corned beef and cheese. Spread crumbs on top. Dot with remaining butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
