REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 can corned beef hash
1 med. can sauerkraut
1 med. onion (grated)
1 can cream of onion or mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese
Paprika

Spread corn beef hash in 9 x 9 inch cake dish. Add onion, heat soup, add enough milk to make a sauce. Pour over hash and onion. Add drained sauerkraut. Microwave 10 minutes. Add cheese and paprika. Microwave 4 to 5 minutes more.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
