1 sm. garlic clove, peeled
4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 tsp. herbs de provence
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Drop the garlic through the feed tube of a food processor with the metal blade in place and the motor running. Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth, about 30 seconds.
