1 lb. extra sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
1 small onion, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. red pepper
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle 1/4 cup pecans in oiled 7-cup mold. Press cheese mixture into mold. Chill until firm. Unmold and put remaining nuts on top.
