Instead of Ketchup and Worcestershire, I substituted current jam or apricot jam and a dash or two of hot sauce. Makes the best sweet/sour combination with the bourbon!!!! Cook it the same amount of time, change nothing else. They were a huge success and are still asked for after 30 years of making it!
