LEMON-HONEY CHICKEN 
4 each chicken thighs and drums
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Brush chicken with butter, then coat with flour on lightly oiled full lined pan and bake in oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients, turn chicken over and pour mixture over top. Bake basting frequently, 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
