CHEESE HASH BROWNS 
1 pkg. shredded hash browns
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter (melted)
2 tbsp. onion (chopped)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Thoroughly combine all ingredients except hash browns. Place hash browns in a greased 2 qt. baking dish. Add mixture to hash browns and stir until well mixed.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
