SHRIMP SUPREME 
1 1/2 lb. boiled shrimp
3 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Dash cayenne
1 c. whipping cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. regular rice (or 2 cups instant, uncooked
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. mace
1 can tomato sauce

Pour lemon juice over drained shrimp. Cook rice and toss with salad oil. Saute onion and green pepper in butter, then mix with rice and other ingredients. Toss, bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 6.
