PIZZA - HOMEMADE 
1 can layer biscuits
2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 can tomato paste
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. cheddar cheese
Mushroom or pepperoni, opt.
1 c. tomato sauce

Using a pan with sides on it, butter pan well. Flatten biscuits (you can pull biscuits apart for thin crust). Bake at 350 degrees until almost done.

Take out and mix paste and sauce together. Spread over biscuits. Fry beef, add chopped onion. Add seasonings to taste, drain and pour over sauce. Add any other topping such as mushrooms, etc. Then pour cheeses over that. Bake once more until all done an cheese is melted.
