PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
1/2-2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs (1/3 lb.) 1 1/2 c. peanut butter 1 lb. box confectioners sugar 1/3 lb. or 14 tbsp. butter 12 oz. chocolate chips Melt butter in large heavy pan. Add peanut butter and melt. Take off of stove. Gradually stir in graham cracker crumbs. Press in buttered 9x13 pan. Melt chips in double boiler and spread on top. Set in refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours or until hard. |
