CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 roll of sausage (lb.)
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. sauerkraut
1 qt. or 46 oz. can tomato juice
2 med. onions
1 lg. head cabbage
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice

Cook Minute Rice. Mix in bowl with hamburger, sausage and minced onions. Add salt and pepper (1/2 tsp. for taste). Take leaves from cabbage and blanch. Wrap meat rolls in cabbage. Place toothpick in each one to hold together. Place in large cooker. Pour sauerkraut over top of rolls. Pour tomato juice over top of everything. Simmer for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
