MACARONI AND CHEESE 
7-8 oz. elbow macaroni
4 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. grated cheese (cheddar, Parmesan, or your choice)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 c. milk

Cook macaroni. Start oven at 400 degrees. Butter 2 quart baking dish. Melt butter in large saucepan and blend in flour until smooth. Add salt, pepper, mustard, and paprika. When blended, add milk slowly, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils.

Add cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until cheese melts, add macaroni and pour in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
