PORK - CHEESE - SPAGHETTI 
(Shoulder steak ok)
1 lb. end pork chops, boned & diced
1 tbsp. fat
1 lg. onion
1/2 c. diced celery
1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper (optional)
3/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. pkg. spaghetti or 1 1/2 c. dry macaroni twirls
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar

Brown pork in fat. Add onion, celery; cook 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti or macaroni and cheese. Simmer 30 minutes. Cook and drain spaghetti or macaroni.

Combine with meat mixture in 2 quart casserole. Mix well and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or continue to simmer 30 minutes on range for a total of 60 minutes.
