16 oz. Oreos
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 can condensed milk
1 stick butter
1 large pkg. chocolate pudding
milk

Crush Oreos and mix with butter in bottom of pan (11 x 9). Save 1/2 cup of Oreos for garnish. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread on top of Oreos. Mix condensed milk and regular milk to make 3 cups. Add to pudding mix and beat until thick. Pour over cream cheese mix. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top and garnish with Oreos.
