1 pkg. Oreos
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectionery sugar
1 (6 oz.) Cool Whip
3 c. milk
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. box instant chocolate pudding

Blend Oreos, set aside 1/2 cup crumbs for top. Melt butter, mix with Oreos put in deep dish or pan. Mix cream cheese, confectionery sugar, 1/2 Cool Whip. Pour over cookie mix. Mix pudding with milk, add to pie. Remaining Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle 1/2 cup crumbs on top of Cool Whip.
