SPINACH QUICHE | |
1 pkg. chopped spinach 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 tbsp. flour 1 (9 inch) deep dish pie shell (store bought or Betty Crocker standard pastry crust) 2 beaten eggs 1 c. evaporated milk 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook spinach per package instructions. Drain well. Bake pie shell 5-7 minutes. Remove from oven while preparing ingredients. Combine cheese and flour. Stir in drained spinach. Spread in pie crust. Beat eggs. Add evaporated milk, parsley, and seasoned salt and pour into shell over spinach and cheese mixture. Bake until set, about 35 minutes. |
