CHICKEN A L' ORANGE 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken (best with boneless)
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. oil
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Coat lightly with flour and brown in the oil. Remove the chicken from the skillet and place in casserole. Remove grease from skillet and simmer the liquid mixture of orange juice, chili sauce, green pepper, mustard, garlic salt, molasses and soy sauce. Simmer for 3 minutes. Pour over chicken in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
