MEAT MUFFIN | |
1 lb. ground beef 3/4 c. cracker crumbs 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/4 c. milk 1/4 c. molasses 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 can pineapple wedges Apricot halves Mix ground beef with cracker crumbs. Add eggs, milk, molasses, mustard, salt and pepper. Open can of pineapple wedges and drain. Add 1/4 cup of the juice to mixture. Fill greased muffin pans about 3/4 full. Arrange 6 pineapple wedges on each muffin. Top muffin with apricot half. Bake about 35 minutes at 300 degrees. |
