MUFFIN STYLE BBQ MEAT LOAVES 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. crumbled bread
1 onion, finely chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 beaten egg
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. water

Mix beef, crumbs, onion, salt and pepper, egg and half the tomato sauce. Form into 16 balls and place in muffin pans; press flat. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over each meat cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
