MEAT MUFFINS 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. catsup
1 can biscuits
1/2 chopped green pepper
1 lg. tbsp. brown sugar
10 slices cheese

Brown hamburger in a skillet with onion, green pepper and salt and pepper to taste. Drain fat. Add catsup and brown sugar.

Meanwhile, bake biscuits according to directions on can. When hamburger and biscuits are ready, spoon hamburger mixture into biscuits, top with cheese, and stick in warm oven long enough to warm cheese.
