SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. Minute Rice
2 env. Lipton chicken noodle soup
4 stalks celery
1 lg. onion
1 bell pepper
4 c. water (boiling)

Fry sausage patties until brown, drain and crumble. Cook rice and soup in boiling water for 10 minutes. Add chopped vegetables and sausage. Pour in baking dish and cook in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
