BACON AND EGGS CASSEROLE 
8 pieces buttered bread, no crust
8 eggs, slightly beaten
8 oz. shredded cheese
3/4 lb. bacon, cooked well done
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Grease pan very well. Layer bread, cheese, and bacon. Mix eggs, milk, and spices and pour over bread and cheese mixture. Leave overnight in refrigerator. Bake 1 hour.
