POTATO BACON CASSEROLE 
4 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 large can evaporated milk
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. cooked, chopped bacon

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch baking dish. Layer 1/2 the potatoes, 1/2 the onion, 1/2 the bacon and 1/2 the cheese; repeat layers. Combine the evaporated milk, egg and salt in a bowl. Pour evenly over potato mixture and bake, covered, for 50 minutes.

Bake, uncovered, another 5 to 10 minutes.
