GARLIC MASHED YUKON GOLDS 
2 lb. Yukon Gold potatoes
6 cloves garlic
3 tbsp. butter (I use Olivio buttery spread), or to taste
1/2 tsp. white pepper
sea salt, to taste
3 tbsp. Coffee Mate creamer (my secret ingredient)
4 tbsp. water

Fill a large pot with just enough water to cover potatoes, and bring water to boil.

In meantime scrub potatoes, and quarter. When water comes to a boil add potatoes and garlic cloves. Boil for 20 minutes or until a fork can remove skin from potatoes.

Drain in colander and move to large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Hand mash potatoes with a hand masher. Add butter. Mix Coffee Mate with 4 tablespoons of water and stir until diluted. Add to bowl. Mix until incorporated. Add sea salt and pepper, to taste. Enjoy!
