MANWICH CABBAGE SOUP | |
2 (32 oz.) boxes chicken stock (Swanson) 2 lb. ground beef (or turkey for low-fat) 1 (15 oz.) can Manwich Original Sloppy Joe sauce 1 head of cabbage 1 onion red pepper flakes (optional) Chop cabbage, add to chicken stock in pot and start it cooking. In a skillet cook ground beef or turkey with chopped onion, drain. Stir Manwich sloppy joe sauce into cooked meat and onion and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the meat/onion/Manwich mix into the cabbage and chicken stock. Cook until cabbage is tender. Note: For a little heat you can add red pepper flakes to soup while cooking.
