POOR MAN'S TURKEY 
3 lb. ground chuck
3 c. bread crumbs
6 eggs
1/3 c. onion, cut fine
1/3 c. celery, cut fine
1 c. beef bouillon broth
Water to make soft

Put 1/2 meat in bottom of pan, flatten. Mix filling and put on top of meat. Put 1/2 meat in between wax paper to roll out. Then put on top of filling. Bake 1 1/4 hours, check.
