PORK CHOP EN CASSEROLE 
5 thick loin or rib chops
1 tbsp. fat
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans cream style corn
1/2 c. dice green pepper
1/2 c. hot water

Brown pork chops slowly on both sides in hot fat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; mix corn and green pepper and arrange in buttered casserole in alternate layers. Add browned chops and water. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees, then remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
