BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (7 oz.) box Minute Rice, cooked according to pkg.
2 c. Velveeta cheese, diced

In large skillet, cook onion in butter until tender. Add broccoli and cook until thawed. Combine remaining ingredients with broccoli and onion in large casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 10-15 servings.
