KITCHEN BARBECUE 
1 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. green pepper strips
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
1 c. hot cooked peas
2 c. bouillon
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. rice
6 frankfurters, sliced

Saute onions, green pepper, garlic in butter in large skillet. Add beef and brown. Stir in bouillon, 1/2 cup barbecue sauce, salt and rice. Cover. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in peas.

Make a well in center of rice mixture. Place frankfurters in well and top with rest of barbecue sauce. Heat. Serves 6.
