POLYNESIAN FRUIT MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
2 cans mandarin oranges, drain and save juice
1 can crushed pineapple, drain and save juice

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add sherbet and stir until sherbet melts. Add juices. Stir. Mix in fruit. Stir. Pour into 6 cup mold. Chill.
