EASY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 egg
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. Half & Half
1 tsp. rum OR vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Scald milk.

Melt chocolate chips in microwave or on stove top.

Pour all ingredients into blender. Blend for 2 to 3 minutes.

Pour into serving dishes and chill in refrigerator overnight.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.

This is VERY rich and wonderful!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
