PEACH KUCHEN 
2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
Fresh peach slices
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg yolks
1 c. heavy cream

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and 2 tablespoons sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Put this mixture in ungreased 9"x13" pan and pat in an even layer over the bottom and halfway up the sides. Place sliced peaches in overlapping rows over the crust. Sprinkle in a mixture of remaining sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix egg yolks and cream well. Pour over kuchen. Bake 30 to 40 minutes longer.
