QUICHE 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pie crust
1 c. Swiss cheese, chopped
1 c. broccoli (cooked) (or any vegetable)

Put the vegetable in the pie crust. Combine the eggs, milk, mayonnaise and flour with a whisk. Pour over the vegetable. Put the small chunks of cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Let set a few minutes before cutting.
