SUMMERTIME PASTA SALAD 
3 c. dry rainbow corkscrew noodles
1/2 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. cubed Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. chopped pepperoni
1/4 c. chopped turkey
1/4 c. chopped chicken
1/4 c. diced tomatoes
1/4 c. Italian salad dressing

Boil noodles as directed on individual label (usually 7 to 8 minutes). Rinse with cold water and drain. Place in the fridge until ready to use.

Chop up ingredients into bite-size pieces; add more or less of each, depending on your preference.

Add cheese, meat and tomatoes to noodles and mix together.

Mix in dressing until it covers everything (you may need more or less depending on your taste).
