EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. dehydrated onion soup
1 1/2 soup cans milk
1 lg. fryer, skinned and cut in pieces
Salt and pepper

Mix together rice, soups, and milk. Place in 3 quart casserole. Place chicken on top, add salt and pepper to taste. Make 3 hours ahead of time. Place at 250 degrees, uncovered for 3 hours. Turn chicken over once. Serves 4.
