EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. dehydrated onion soup
1 1/2 soup cans of milk
1 lg. fryer, cut in serving pieces
Salt and pepper

Mix together the rice, soups and milk. Place in large casserole (I use a 3 quart size). Put chicken on top, skin side down and add salt and pepper to taste. Make 3 hours ahead of time. Place it in a 250 degree oven, uncovered, for 3 hours. Turn the chicken over once.
